About Me

Hello!

Welcome!  My name is Amanda Kaye Miley and Amanda Kaye Photography has been my “baby” since April 2011.  Long before then, I loved picking up a camera and capturing the moment.  I have a love for many different kinds of photography from landscape to people.  I refer to picking up my camera as my therapy.  Being behind the camera allows me relax and take my mind off everything around me.

I teach 4th and 5th graders as my day job.  When I am not teaching or taking pictures, you can find me with my husband, Nathan, and my two girls, Katelyn and Ella. I have a new found love for all things that happen in the sky: sunrises, sunsets, the moon, the Northern Lights, stars, the Milky Way, etc.
